Start Your Maritime Career
Be the first to know when our "Into Maritime" programmes launch
You don't need a maritime background to build a maritime career.
Professionals from defence, offshore energy, logistics, engineering, IT, law, finance — even sectors you'd never associate with shipping — are finding that their skills translate directly into this industry.
Whether you're just starting out, mid-career and looking for a pivot, or senior enough to know your expertise belongs somewhere bigger — these programmes are designed to help you navigate your way in.
And if you're already on the traditional path — a maritime academy student or cadet figuring out which vessel type suits you best, or wanting to map out your full career trajectory onboard and beyond — we've got you covered too.

2. Skills Translation Workshops

4. Community Access
Connect with others making the same move — plus working maritime professionals who've been where you're headed.
The Land & Sea Community
This is not another online forum.
A private community for maritime professionals who think beyond their silo — launching June 2026.
A select group of founding members will get early access before the public launch. If you register your interest above, you'll be first in line when invitations go out.
The Land and Sea Community exists because the most valuable
conversations in maritime happen when people from different
parts of the industry see the same problem from different sides
of the boundary.
A VTS manager and a DPA. A classification society advisor and
a port authority lead. A training institution manager and a
fleet superintendent. A Captain and a P&I expert.
The value is in the perspectives you would never get inside
your own organisation.
Share the community within your network.
