Naomi Vanderstockt | Master Mariner | Founder, Caerulea

Naomi works at the intersection of maritime operations, safety culture, and systems thinking. Her work focuses on the gap between compliance documentation and operational reality — the human and institutional layer that determines whether policy translates into practice.

She advises port authorities, shipping companies, and maritime administrations on STCW 2026 implementation and organisational safety culture, and brings deep operational experience from cruise ship operations, VTS, and maritime education across three continents.

Caerulea is based in Antwerp.

What's the cancellation policy? Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop. 50% refund up to 7 days before. No refund within 7 days, but you may send a colleague in your place.

Is this a compliance training course? No. This workshop goes beyond compliance.
