What's on the Horizon

1. UPSTREAM Workshop Series — Live in Antwerp Two full-day workshops for senior maritime professionals navigating the biggest regulatory transitions of our time. Next sessions: April and May 2026.

2. Maritime Career Programmes — Launching 2026 Structured pathways for professionals entering, growing within, or moving beyond the maritime industry. From career discovery to executive development.

3. The Executive Corner — Insights for Maritime Leaders Strategic briefings on regulatory change, talent trends, and industry transitions — written for decision-makers.

4. Land & Sea Community Where seafarers, shore professionals, regulators, and educators connect across traditional industry boundaries. Join the conversation. VIP Founding Membership is now open, with early bird pricing ahead of our June 2026 launch.

The Land & Sea Community

This is not another online forum.

A private community for maritime professionals who think beyond their silo — launching June 2026.

A select group of founding members will get early access before the public launch. If you register your interest above, you'll be first in line when invitations go out.

The Land and Sea Community exists because the most valuable
conversations in maritime happen when people from different
parts of the industry see the same problem from different sides
of the boundary.

A VTS manager and a DPA. A classification society advisor and
a port authority lead. A training institution manager and a
fleet superintendent. A Captain and a P&I expert.

The value is in the perspectives you would never get inside
your own organisation.

Share the community within your network.
