Where to Start

1. Introduce Yourself

Head to the Welcome thread and tell us: your name, your role, and which transition is keeping you up at night.

2. Join the Debate Room

S-100/S-200 Transition Debate Room or STCW 2026 Implementation Debate Room — or both if you registered for the Series Bundle.

3. Check the Calendar

The next monthly live Q&A with Naomi or guest speaker is pinned in the community. Bring your questions and your progress.

What Happens Here

This is not another online forum.

The Land and Sea Community exists because the most valuable
conversations in maritime happen when people from different
parts of the industry see the same problem from different sides
of the boundary.

A VTS manager and a DPA. A classification society advisor and
a port authority lead. A training institution manager and a
fleet superintendent.

The value is in the perspectives you would never get inside
your own organisation.

Your membership includes

- S-100/S-200 Transition Debate Room

- STCW 2026 Implementation Debate Room
- Monthly live Q&A sessions with Naomi
- Peer discussions on implementation challenges
- Resource sharing (tools, articles, case studies)
- Direct access to professionals at port authorities, captains, officers,
VTS centres, class societies, shipping companies, fleet managers, VP's of maritime tech companies, logistics specialists, maritime lawyers, maritime administrations, engineers specialised in every hidden and not so hidden angle of our industry, ... and so much more.

Your access: 6 months, included with your UPSTREAM registration. Of course we'd love to see you stay in our community beyond that.
