- Your organisation's current SMS policy on violence, harassment, bullying and sexual assault, and your onboard reporting procedure (if you have them)
- A laptop or tablet (optional, for digital tools during exercises)
- An open mind about where the real culture gaps are
Before the Workshop
Think of one situation on board where the policy and what actually happened did not match. We will use it in the Three Gaps exercise. A week before the workshop you will receive the Culture Iceberg Self-Assessment by email. It takes about 15 minutes and will help you get the most out of the day.Â
